Longing for love 1998
By Samantha Claire Griffin
A princess is being held against her will
by a Wizard whose heart, good can not fill.
"I love you princess and I can not stop,
tell me you love me, tell me the lot."
"I do not love you can you not see.
My love is not yours and never will be.
Your heart is cold, cold as snow
you see me as nothing but a speck of gold."
Leave me now you evil fiend!
"But, but..." the sorcerer stutered.
"No buts, just leave."
As I turned to see him shut the door,
a single tear fell to the floor,
As I heard him say, "you will no more."
Now I sit upon the floor a gorilla sadly, by the door,
tears gathering Upon the floor longing for love ever more.
